Lexy Sanchez
Prior to deciding to pursue a real estate career, Lexy served as Director of Admissions and Recruiting at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Lexy has two Masters Degrees in Organizational Development and Public Administration.
After deciding to move into real estate, Lexy got off to a huge start as a solo agent at Coldwell Banker before she was approached to partner with Jeff to run the listing department of the team at Keller Williams. Lexy accepted and became the Listing Director for the team, taking an unprecedented 92 listings in her first 10 months! She was instantly catapulted into the top 1% of real estate producers in the nation.
After Jeff and Lexy decided to partner in both life and business, they made the important decision to align their business with eXp Realty to enable them to focus on coaching, training, and contribution. This one decision changed everything and really created the opportunity for Lexy's leadership abilities to find their true footing in real estate!
Lexy is a powerful and respected leader across the real estate industry. She founded "Extend a Hand," the non-profit arm of eXp Realty designed to assist agents in need. She also served as a founding member of the Agent Advisory Council (AAC) for eXp Realty and is a top growth leader in the company.
When she isn't coaching, consulting, recruiting, or building web systems integrations, Lexy loves spending time with her two miniature Australian Shepherds, Blue and Tidus, cooking, and traveling to amazing locations all around the world with Jeff.

In the real estate space, Jeff made a strategic entry by aligning with Keller Williams. Demonstrating an exceptional aptitude for the industry, he constructed a formidable team and achieved a remarkable milestone - amassing north of $52 million in sales volume in only his third year. His trajectory didn't stop there. Jeff quickly ascended to the roles of owner and CEO/TL at Keller Williams, cementing his status as a formidable force in the real estate landscape.
The year 2016 marked a pivotal shift when Jeff, alongside his life and business partner Lexy Sanchez, transitioned their enterprise to eXp Realty. At the time, eXp was an emerging player with a novel business model. Yet, Jeff and Lexy recognized the latent potential and capitalized on it, demonstrating their visionary leadership and strategic foresight.
Together, Jeff and Lexy spearhead "The Community™," a prestigious private membership organization for real estate agents. This elite group provides a comprehensive suite of tools, training, coaching, and resources, all designed to support their agent partners' success.
